Secure Collaborative Workspaces

Hi Folks,

Is there a feature of creating secure workspaces in the SAP Collaboration, where any user can cerate this workspace & be a controller of this workspace.

Hello Unni,

what do you mean by secure?, my guess is that all collaboration rooms are equally "secure". Since they are based on the same technology.

If you want all users to create collaboration rooms they must be given the Collaboration Administrator role and they can then create rooms.

If they create the rooms and give it the mode "Unlisted room" this room will be invisible for all users which are not member of the room, thus not possible to access for those who are not members. Membership is obtained through invitation.

This way you can create "secure" workplaces for a number of people.
