CRAXDRT Error Occured on Server. -2147189176:Logon failed

<p>I am using Crystal Reports XI on windows 2003.I am trying to open report developed in crystal 8.5 from crystal XI using asp code(RDC).</p><p>I am able to open the report ,but when i click on refresh it displays error</p><p>"CRAXDRT Error Occured on Server. -2147189176:Logon failed"</p><p>Same error displays when i try to export the report.</p><p>Any solution to such error.Pls help</p>

My guess is that this is due to the code you used to run the report. When you hit refresh or the export button this refreshes your page. Is it possible that the logon credentials are no longer in scope if you rerun the page.
