Cannot get into the progam after installation I am getting an error message Could not create Java virtual machine. What do I do? Thanks!

When please indicate what your OS is and what version of Crystal you are installing
Happened to me also. Tried up-dating Java, didn't help.
I can't start Crystal Reports even I have Java 6 update 3 installed. Any idea?
I'm getting this message as well. I do have the appropriate version of Java installed. Does anyone have any solutions for this issue yet?

The first obvious question would be do you have the Java Virtual Machine installed on the computer?
