Update was terminated in Maintenance plan

Hi All,

In Maintenance plan(IP41),

When the maintenance plan is created,number is getting generated after saving. But when we try to go back from the same screen, system is giving the error Express Document" Update was terminated" received from author 'username'. Maint plan not saved.

Error Info...00 671: ABAP/4 processor:SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

We have serached SAP Notes, but not getting related to this issue.

Hope will get solution.

Are you using any user-exits/BADIs/etc in your maintenance plans

Have you recently upgraded or imported any hotpacks?

We have not used any Userexit/BADI also not imported any hotpacks.

you need to compare your settings with standard this will help you to find the reason of error
