lose data in extract from 2LIS_02_CGR caused by logic system

I extract data from 2LIS_02_CGR,but lose many data before i defined the logic system

the ERP r3 souce system have note defined the logic system before

The BW request the logic system,so,I define the new logic system name TST800

when i extract data from datasouce 2LIS_02_CGR.

i found all of the data created before i define the logic system lost.

i checked the table use se11,the logic system field of lost data is blank.

how can i deal with this?

i found a note that describe how to change the logic system name,but,in my situation,it's to define the logic system name from blank to TST800....the note is not work well for me

If you are loading the data first time then you can fill the setup again and reload the data in the new source system.
