Express document " Update terminated " in goods receipt for asset

HI Experts,

When i do the asset grn i got the message that Express document update terminated" , Here i got the Material document number and i am not able to display this number and this number was not updated in the table.

Please help me to solve this isue.... This is very Urgent

Hai,

generally this problem occurs if there is any modification in Print out program or any problem in BADI attchment in MIGO.

You can analyse with the help of ABAPer.

For your update terminate problem please proceed accordingly

goto SM13, there you can see the updates terminated & their logs.

Click on one of the Updates terminated with transaction MIGO.

Double click on the line , you will see alist of Function modules, click on the function module in red, here click on the log to see more details on the reason for update termination.

in the dump anlysis you can see the reason for dump.

Act as per the dump anlaysis. usuall reasons for the dump is any new changes to the MIGO program or number range error .

Usually in MIGO transaction updates are terminated due to number range problem. Check your last number in the Number range maintenance in customizing & compare with the number laste generated in table MKPF. If both are not tallying you need to adjust the last numebr of the number range with that of MKPF table.

some times due to slow server it can be happened

so plz consult ur basis consultant

or before saving grn put /H in t code field

u will find debuger and from that u and ur abap people can find the error

plz do it and reply
