In the old CRM, 5.0, I could use communication medium letter in my campaigns in t-code crm_mktpl and assign a letter form.
But now I can't use communication medium letter only fax, email, sms and file export.
Does it mean, that there is no way I can automatically create direct mails based of my campaigns?
Shall I use file export to a Lettershop, and have them build my letters?
My marketing department would have a stroke if they can't design a campaign letter in the morning, and send it out in the afternoon. That's not very flexible.
Shall I design the letter in e.g. Streamserve and the send my customers on xml to Streamserve, and have that build my individual letters?
How can that letter automatically be attached to my interaction record?
I could that in the old days.
