Hi,

Is it possible to assign 2 different costcenters in the settlement rule of the maintenance order.

The reason is that we have 2 equipment in the order which have 2 different costcenter

Yes you can have two different cost centres as settlement receivers, but you would need to work out the % split manually since the system does not "know" which costs were attributed to which equipment.

Hi its possible.

In the settelment profile for order , allow cost center as valid reciever. Also set the disribution rule.

Yes it is possible, But in customising you have to define distribution in

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service->Maintenance and Service Processing->Basic Settings->General Order Settlement->Maintain Settlement Profiles

in this Max.no.dist.rls as 2

You can have different settlement rules for each standard contract. A settlement rule is valid for several remuneration types that are settled together.

You can enter an alternative percentage and a maximum amount in the individual reserve agreement.

Prerequisites

A standard settlement rule can only be assigned to one disbursement type and one reserve settlement type.
