Hi,
Does Material Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management means one and the same????
If not how are they different????
Any kind of information is appreciated.
Thanks
Hi,
Material management covers procurement part as well as inventory management part also.
within Material management you have inventory management which contains maintainence of the stock in the storage location. In inventory management stock is quantity based it will show only whether stock is there or not.
Whereas Warehouse management is maintain the stock at storage bin level. Means it also give exact where about of the stock like whether the stock is there in the storage bin or on the move.
