0CO_OM_OPA_1 extracts data very slowly

Hi all

We are loading some versions into 0OPA_C11 via a business content extractor 0CO_OM_OPA_1 . Recently we have added a new version and noticed that the data is being extracted very slowly (36 records takes around 2 hours). Also noticed that the data package size is very less and also data packets sequence is all scrambled.

For example Data Packet 1 comes and then the next data paket is 29 and then 50 etc.

Please let me know how to increase the performance of this load / extractor.

This SAP Note is not valid for us as we are in BI 7.0 and ECC 6.0

Any other ideas / Solutions?

One of the Possible solution is LOAD the DS in Parallel . Settings for DS Loading in the Info Pack and set the Job Class to be 'A'.

Create Indexes on the Tables from which the DATA is extracted.

It seems we have found a solution via the OSS note 1686867.

The final test will run next weekend, but at first sight it's looking very good.

Don't hesitate to try this out and assign points if it helped.
