Uploading pictures for ESS/MSS pages

Hi

i want to upload pictures to customize the ESS/MSS pages with the client's corporate pictures....

I am trying to upload picture thru Content management -> Documents - > Folder - > Upload

during this i get an error saying

""pic.jpg" does not exist, or file is empty; you cannot upload empty files"

I tried changing the pic to .html and upload, but then i get the error!!!!;

"pic2.html" does not exist, or file is empty; you cannot upload empty files"

can anybody please throw some light on how to solve this.

Please refer SAP Note - 898637 - upload file is empty / cant upload

Sangeetha,

I tested the same functionality and it is working fine.

I went to content manager .selected the folder and selected the upload option from its context menu.

try to upload files from other directories like taxonomies.news etc

Thanks so much for taking out time to test this....

Did u try uiploading a .jpg file or a .htm file ? can you please let me know if you could upload a .jpg file successfully ...then i can chk with other setting why its not getting uplaodde in my system.

Hi Sangeetha,

i tried with .jpg,.html files.everything is working for me.
