hi anton,

Check whether you defined numbering series for goods receipt purchase order ?

If not define it first.

Also check you have create Item master,Warehouse master,

price master,business partner master.

If not you have created any one of it define it first,

then go ahead with uploading grpo.

Mention the series no in the DTW template,

you can find series no. in as below.

Go to View>Select System Information>Postion

mouse cursor over numbering series in Goods receipt PO

you can see a number at bottom left corner, mention

number in series column of oPurchaseDeliveryNotes header template.

Let me know whether problem is solved.

Anton,

Are you filling the Series information in your template. This probably pertains to it.

Can you paste a few rows from your Documents template to give us an idea of what you got

DocEntry should not be filled. This column has to be blank.

It will also help to see all the columns that you have filled.

Suda,

If the DocEntry should be leave blank, why is other entry/lines has no error?
