Reset the Completed status on sales order - production order

Hello experts,

I hope that anybody could help me with this issue.

When I try to reset the Completed system status on a sales order item I receive the following info-message:

V2355 - Deletion flag for production order/network &1 cannot be reset.

It should not be a problem as it is only an info-message. You can perform the reset unless the production order is not deleted.

If the production order is deleted, you can not reset the status.

In my opinion it is a SAP-bug.

Does anybody of you know any SAP-not for fixing this problem, please?

Hello,

Try out to Revoke the deletion flag of that productioin order and then try to once again.

Hope it will solve your problem.

the problem is, that the production order has been deleted already.

Regarding the Info-message V2355 - Deletion flag for production order/network &1 cannot be reset:

- if the particular producion order is still available within the system (it has not been deleted) - it is possible to reset the Completed status on the sales order after confirmation this message.

- if the particular producion order has been deleted already, it is not possible to reset the Completed status anymore within the transaction VA02.

It is probably a program error, what do you think?
