Parameters to pass for "L_TO_CREATE_TR"

Hi,

I am an ABAPER trying to create a Transfer order from a transfer requirement.

I am trying to use the FM "L_TO_CREATE_TR" but I am getting the error message saying

"System cannot find storage bin" , I have entered the source storage bin for the FM.

Could anyone of you tell me, what parameters need to be passed to this FM?

I am not allowed to use BDC.

Check the On Hand Inventory in the Storage Bin. I have recieved this error when there was no inventory in the Storage Bin Location.
