LOCNT - Counter for incorrect logons per user
UFLAG - User Lock Status

You can monitor unsuccessful logon attempts with basis reports. These reports records the number of incorrect logon attempts by a user and user locks.
u didn't tell the exactly status. usr02 table stores clients and users and passwords information. goto database level check the status of users
