Regarding Excise Invoice

Dear All,

In my Proforma excise invoice Basic Excise Duty, Cess on Excise Duty and Secondary Cess all 3 are coming however in my excise invoice only Basic Excise Duty is appearing without the other 2.

Hi Atul,

Please check the settings in IMG

Path, Logistics-General --> Tax on Goods Movements --> India > Basic settings>Determination of excise duty-->maintain the excise details here you check the Cess condition types are maintaining properly or not.

Then in that case, I feel the latest patch updation for CIN has not been made at your end. Check with your basis team and upload the latest patch which would solve the problem.

Please check in IMG Path, Logistics-General --> Tax on Goods Movements --> India --> Basic Settings --> Maintain Excise Registration. Here check whether the boxes [Indicator NCCD] and [Liable to AT1] are ticked
