Hi,
My problem is
In MiGO Header I entered Exc inv no. & date
Posted the document
In mbo3 I could see the Part I entries and internal document no.
In J1iex if I try to post it shows part 1 not captured
but In display mode of J1iex if I enter internal doc no. I could see the part 2 entries
I could extract the registers and print them also
Here I didnt post the document at all
I did only Migo
so how it was possible to capture and post the exc inv through MIGO
Is there any setting in log-gen?
Plz throw some light on this.
Hi,
During MIGO,
Select Excise Invoice > Post at Header level. It will capture and post excise invoice at the time of Posting GR doc.
If you again try to POst it in J1IEX, it will say that No Part1 entyry existes, bcz system allows to post excise invoice part2 entries if psrt1 entry exists. But here in this case you have already posted Part1 and Part2 entries both during MIGO.
You can check this setting in Path;
SPRO > Logistics - General > Tax on Goods Movements > India > Basic Settings > Maintain Excise Groups > Here check settings in "MIGO Settings" subscreen.
thanx for ur reply, issue solved
