Load failed from ODS to ODS and ODS to INFOCUBE

Hi Friends,

I am new to sdn.How to rectify when the load fails when loading data from ODS to ODS and ODS to Infocube and pls explain when it is Full load how can we rectify and when it is Delta load how can we rectify?

Hi bhavani,

When dataload fails suppose between DSO to Infocube, u have to goto infocube contents and then delete the error request from Cube.

Then again u have to load load from DSO, if it is a Full load just use Full load only and execute the DTP to load data into Cube.

If it is a delta u have to use repear delta.

Thanks for your quick response.

U mean to say if the load fails from ODS to IC irrespective of full or delta first we need to delete the data from IC and then load from ODS again using full and delta options.

But how to do in case of ODS to ODS.Please explain clearly.Is ther any data mart deletion comes into picture here?

If so tell me the exact procedure and also please explain repair delta.

Data mart deletions comes in to picture only for delta loads..with in BW system( It might be ODS to ODS or ODS to CUBE)....

It depends on the failure reason... if u have PSA in between u can rectify the error in PSA itself and load it from PSA to target....
