I am afraid your question is impossible to answer. Before this can even be attempted you need to look at the business requirements and then map them to SAP and carry out a detailed GAP analysis. Any consultant would need to spend time with the client to see what they need and compare that with what SAP can deliver to be able to even attempt this question.
Only the people on the project can do this as it is different from client to client.
Just to give you a very small example on one of my projects the client wanted to confirm multiple TO's at the same time using a scanner to scan a barcode on the TO that had been processed, This was literally hundreds at the same time and in standard SAP you cannot do this so this became a 'GAP' we then created a bespoke screen where the user could take his ppile of TO's and scan, scan, scan eyc into a screen and then press save and the system went away and carried oyth the confirmations.
This was a relatively small project with only Inbound processes, Outbound processes and internal warehouse processes but we had 19 Gaps which needed to be solved individually.
