Error Msg: Express Document 'Update was Terminated' in VF02 t-code

Hi all,

When I click on save in VF02 transaction I am getting message that ' Express Document 'Update was Terminated' received from author 'XYZ'.

After saving when I am seeing in header -output the output type not appearing.

Please Help me Its an urgent requirement.

Hi Vinod,

there is two reasons

1) Number range is not specied limit define billing document number range.

path- img sd- billing -define number range and see diffenettly i hope your problam willbe solved.

2) t.code NACE whether you have maintained the condition record or not check other wise please maintain it.

Hi,

you can go to SM13 to see the description why an update terminate has taken place. Most likely i presume its an issue for sure with your output program. You can go to NACE transaction to see whats the output program for your billing output conditino type, then go to SE38 and debug the program with proper break points. Sure you can solve the issue, just need some abaper to help you.

Please check whether have u maintained any output condition record in VV32 or not..

If not please mainatain that condition record in VV31 and then retry..
