After installing Solman 4.0 SR3 on Windows. What are the steps to be done.

1) What is the diff in accesing SAP from SAP Logon Pad and SAP GUI for JAVA?

2)How to upgrade from SP12 to SP16 .. what r the things to be taken care of?

3) How to configure Solman Mopz?

Points will be given for any help.
