Do you want to maintain this amount on the Cash/Bank Account or Cash Journal.
It is possible to maintain the amounts at the Bank level for APP to run and also for the Cash Journal, but not for the Cash a/c.

SAP stores data line wise. Cumilative balances r not stored.
So in order to acheive what u reuire, u will have to get the ABAPer create a day wise GL balance with cummilative balance also.

i want the minimum and maximum cash balances exists/maintained in the financial year 2007-08
Try FS10n and give the cash account numbers you are using in your case. It gives period wise and cumulative wise balances for the account.
