Help remember Diane Davis in the Diane Davis Memorial Fundraiser benefiting non-profit Women in Aviation International (WAI). In addition to being a huge fan of aviation, Diane worked at SAP for over 22 years and was one of the original the SAP TechEd event creators. As TechEd 2016 kicks off in Las Vegas, we wanted to specially reach out to the broader community of SAP customers, partners and colleagues working in aerospace industry.
Throughout the years, Diane served as the event's Air Traffic control, Flight Planner and Dispatcher, working hard in the background, ensuring every attendee's experience was as smooth (or smoother) than their arrival at the McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas. She worked with passion orchestrating arrivals, departures, juggling both ground control and the tower for thousands of SAP customers, partners, SAP employees and her beloved team members in the process.
In Diane's memory, SAP will match all donations up to $5,000,to WAI, a non-profit dedicated to a cause Diane was passionate about, aviation. But we're only 25% of the way towards our goal. Your contribution via the SAP special donation page on the WAI web site will support aviation focused STEM programs for girls and young women, helping them reach their aviation goals.
Diane Davis was a member of Women in Aviation International, a non-profit charity helping girls and women realize a wide variety of aviation dreams.
