SAP DBM Wizard - Appointment Booking

SAP DBM Wizard functionality, you can book Appointment with a guided flow procedure:

1. Use /DBM/ORDER01 OR Create DBM order using /DBM/ORDER

Click on the event for the guided flow procedure, You fill counter reading, drop off & Pick up date & time.

2. At the Wizard following tabs will appear as part of the guided procedure.

General Data:

     Here in you can view then Memo pad details

Related Docs:

     Here in you can copy the related documents to the jobs such as open contracts, open deferred jobs of the same vehicle, open recalls & open quotations.

Work scope:

     Here in you can create additional task in the DBM order such as washing, cleaning, polishing. You can say whether a replacement car needs to be booked, customer is going to wait for the repair to be completed at customer lounge.

Appointment:

     Here in you can book the technician time as work start date & time.

Service Advisor:

     Here in you can book the Advisor at drop off & Pick up

Mobility:

     Here in you can select a replacement car & bay location at this tab.

Summary:

     Here you can see the final summary.
