My friend and colleague Adam Fraser founder of EchoJunction produces a great podcast every week which I really enjoy listening too. Recently Adam has been focussing on User Experience and Customer Experience and has had two great guests on the show Oliver Weidlich and Nic Chamberlain both experts in their fields. If you are interested in UX and Design then I encourage you to download them and listen as they attack the topic from two different angles.

The first one is with Oliver Weidlich from Mobile Experience. This focused on user experience from a digital and mobile perspective. Oliver has worked for a number of major brands in Australia in the mobile UX space so his thoughts on how he approaches projects and what makes a good user experience were very interesting. The discussion also covered mobile web v native apps, responsive design and user testing. It was a  great conversation.

The second one is with Nic Chamberlain from Neo. This was less focused on digital and more on broader experience design and design thinking principles. Straddling offline and online perspectives, Nic works at the strategic level and discussed the importance of culture and staff training as well as design principles in driving great user experience with products and services.

You can find download or stream Oliver’s podcast here and Nic’s podcast here on the EchoJunction website. Alternatively, you can find both on iTunes. If you enjoy these podcasts I strongly encourage you to subscribe to the EchoJunction podcast and leave your feedback.

After you’ve listened I would love to get any feedback you have.

I hope you find these discussions as interesting and informative as I did,

Simon
