At openSAP, we’re winding things down for the month of August so that our learners can recharge their batteries and enjoy the traditional vacation season. But don’t worry; we’re working hard behind the scenes to prepare new courses for you to join once you return! To kick start the new learning year at openSAP, we’re easing you in gently with two repeat courses, software development on SAP HANA and sustainability,  and a brand new topic at openSAP, SAP Cloud for Customer – SAP’s CRM solutions in the cloud.

Experience SAP Cloud for Customer

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a crucial element of any successful business. We’re inviting you to join our latest course, Experience SAP Cloud for Customer, where you can learn about SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP’s CRM cloud solutions offering, with a range of functions available such as: account and management intelligence, knowledge base & customer support portal, opportunity management & insights, real-time actionable analytics, and much more. From a technical perspective, SAP Cloud for Customer offers APIs & SDK, back office integration, mobility & offline access, amongst other technical offerings.

The course was originally recorded by Peter Graf, the previous Chief sustainability officer, who has since left SAP. You can meet Daniel Schmid, SAP’s current Chief Sustainability Officer and the rest of the sustainability team in the forum.
