SAP Learning Hub has introduced an Easy way of Resolving Queries
SAP Learning Hub is constantly evolving and as part of this process, the Incident Management System (IMS) was created to resolve queries quickly, efficiently and with transparency. The IMS has a clean and practical design that allows SAP Learning Hub subscribers to raise a ticket for queries and monitor the entire process until the query is resolved. A query may undergo a number of changes which subscribers will be able to view in order to stay updated on the progress of each query and provide input should any be needed. To add efficiency to the equation, a 24-hour response time has also been implemented. You can access the system by simply clicking on Help Center in the links section of the Learning Content space of SAP Learning Hub and then Submit a Query when redirected to the SAP Training and Certification Shop.
SAP Learning Hub, User Adoption Edition Launched
SAP Learning Hub, user adoption edition, has been launched in April and combines access to state-of-the-art tools, content, and services. Subscribers will get access to a comprehensive and flexible learning offering that was designed as a managed private-cloud learning platform and provides unlimited access to a year-round learning platform. With the user adoption edition, all the training you need, whether connected to SAP applications or other training content, is all in one place and accessible whenever needed – all in one simple cloud solution. SAP Learning Hub, Business User Edition, Content Expanded
Subscribers to the business user edition of SAP Learning Hub now have access to a lot more content. In addition to more than 20 SuccessFactors end-user e-learning courses, we have added more than 3,000 simulations of individual SAP software transactions to the catalogue. This allows subscribers to quickly identify and learn more about an individual transaction. These simulations are also included in the new user adoption edition of SAP Learning Hub – details of all available simulations can be found here.
NEW Learning Rooms
SAP Learning Hub Learner Support Learning Room
This online learning room for SAP Learning Hub subscribers was created with the intention of providing learners who are seeking additional material and expert knowledge with the necessary support that will further enhance their learning experience. This room is available to all SAP Learning Hub subscribers. (This room will be launched on May 1st)
SAP Learning Hub Administrator Support Learning Room
Providing administrators of the enterprise and user adoption editions of SAP Learning Hub with all the necessary expert advice and material needed to enhance their role has been the driving force behind this learning room and is available exclusively to enterprise edition and user adoption edition administrators. All existing enterprise edition administrators will be invited to join the learning room automatically. (This room will be launched on May 1st)
Process Integration with SAP NetWeaver Learning Room
This learning room offers learners the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the architecture and features of SAP NetWeaver Process Integration. Learners will be equipped with skills that enable the implementation of scenarios in a distributed system landscape using SAP NetWeaver Process Integration and will obtain a detailed introduction to scenario configuration as well as the connection of back-end systems. This learning room is available to subscribers to the enterprise, customer, and partner editions.
SAP Commercial Project Management Learning Room
This online learning room in SAP Learning Hub will enable learners to gain an understanding of the SAP Commercial Project Management application. It focuses on the following modules:
- Project workspace – an environment for project professionals that provides an integrated view across systems and applications in order to support the user to complete his or her tasks
- Project financial planning – to plan and forecast quantities, costs, and revenues throughout the complete project lifecycle of bid stage, baseline planning, and execution
- Project issue and change management – to systematically track project issues and change requests
This learning room is available to subscribers to the enterprise, customer, and partner editions.
Innovation Adoption Learning Room a Huge Success
The Innovation Adoption learning room in SAP Learning Hub kicked off on January 27 and ran over an eight-week period that received high levels of engagement and feedback. As part of this online learning room, learners were exposed to a number of topics ranging from how to communicate innovation to measuring innovation, which equipped subscribers with the tools needed to adopt innovation. Participants made full use of the social learning experience, which encouraged engagement with experts.
