We would like to inform you about our upcoming AirOps user group meeting on September 2-3, 2014. This year our global AirOps meeting will be hosted by LOT Polish Airlines at their head offices in Warsaw.
As AirOps is our global user group meeting, we expect airlines from around the world to join this meeting. Besides members of the airlines IT departments, Finance, Procurement or HR, we would also especially want to welcome experts with an Airline Operations or Commercial/Marketing background, as we have a much broader solution offering to airlines now based on our latest innovations.
This year the whole second day of the meeting will be dedicated to topics around Marketing, Customer Engagement and Commerce. A highlight will be the Keynote given by IATA on innovation topics such as NDC and the ONE ORDER concept that the IATA Simplifying the Business team is championing. One Order means that the NDC order becomes the single truth about each customer’s orders – eliminating the need for a separate ticket or EMD.
On the first day we will cover topics such as the Digital Transformation based on S4HANA, the impact on the airline industry, ground handling and other innovations - besides hearing about exciting projects and experiences that your peer airlines are willing to share with us.
The meeting will start at 9:30 am on Wednesday, September 2, and end at 4:30 pm on Thursday, September 3.
All airlines and travel service providers are welcome to participate. There are no fees to attend but you are required to pay for your own travel and accommodation. As we only have one exclusive Partner Sponsor, which this year will be ECC (Experienced Certified Consulting), the event is not open to other partners.
