On April 1st, the new round of SAP vocational training program student recruiting campus talk firstly host in Nanjing University in the morning. Affected by the successfully 3 batches in the last 3 years, around 100 sophomore students attended that morning. This year the agenda of the campus talk has been redesigned so as to be more fit to the student's needs. The first part is SAP overview, delivered by UA. It covered both SAP's history and the big vision for the future. Followed by a panel where former VT students, HR expert and all the audiences get to share own experience from their learning and working. During this section, the information of VT hiring process and requirements also be announced. Last part is the for the expert from SAP HR to share tips for an official interview and how to plan one's career path. Two video clips have been played to simulate different scenarios of interview, which made by UA, VT and HR together. Students loved this way very much, it makes them feel more comfort and pull them into active interaction with speakers.
The same event host at Southeast University in the afternoon of April 1st. Around 80 students attended and gave a very positive feedback on the contents. Before that, a meeting also held to discuss the further collaboration between SEU and SAP. Representatives from SAP UA, VT and HR met with the vice dean and assistant dean of School of Software, SEU, talked about the course for teaching in class, student club, graduates hiring and research cooperation in details. It was a fruitful and valuable meeting, will lead to a closer relationship between SEU and SAP.
