A dramatic health-related revolution is taking place affecting multiple industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Public Sector, Higher Education, Insurance and Consumer Products. Empowered by automated diagnosis and treatment options, combined with better access to information, today’s patients are taking charge of their healthcare experience. They expect medical decisions and products to be tailored to their specific needs, so that they can live full and healthy lives.
As SAP continues to extend its portfolio in Personalized Medicine (learn more about key products below) and to serve its customers with solutions that improve patient outcomes, more partners are interested in joining us on this interesting journey.
I mentioned in this blogpost that SAP Personalized Medicine offers opportunities to partners across all dimensions:

  • Build, e.g. through OEM agreements for the SAP Connected Health platform and SAP Medical Research Insights in the SAP PartnerEdge Build program

  • Service

  • Run

  • Sell

Want to learn more - TWO recorded events!

  • If your company is already part of the SAP ecosystem (aka if you have a "s-user") you will want to view the replay of this webinar and to also learn more about SAP Health Engagement. You may also want to look in SAP PartnerEdge

  • If your organization does not yet have any agreement with SAP, but you would like to team up with SAP in the health area, this recorded webinar offers insights (a quick registration is needed to be able to access this recording).

SAP is supporting the health revolution with SAP HANA and SAP HANA Cloud based solutions, a rapidly growing portfolio of Precision Medicine products. SAP HANA by itself can already help to deliver superior, and lower-costing care, as shown by this example from the Seoul National University Bundang. In addition, SAP HANA is being used today to speed up basic research. See this blogpost on the Stanford School of Medicine. The digitizing of Cervix Cancer Screening helps women in Kenya in prevention and vaccination. Taking it one step further, the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s CancerLinq and the National Center for Tumor Diseases Heidelberg use SAP Foundation for Health and SAP Medical Research Insights to improve patient outcomes. The third solution in SAP’s Personalized Medicine portfolio was recently released: SAP Health Engagement takes bold steps to drive connected care - example Roche.
