XI R2 webi error: could not get page number

Hi,

I am using BO XI R2 which is installed on Unix server. When I try to open a report in SAP infoview the report throws up an error as follows:

Could not get the page number-Error RWI 00223 (Error: INF).

When I use the normal Infoview the same report doesn't throw this error. The data is displayed perfectly.

I have searched for this error in this forum and found two solutions 1. to copy the jar files 2. to increase the heap size.

I would like to know how to do the first one on unix envrionment. As the unix & windows folders are not the same.

Hello Shesha,

depending on your UNIX installation the WEB-INF/lib folder can be on several places.

Please see this [UNIX install guide for BOE XI R2|http://help.sap.com/businessobject/product_guides/boexir2/en/xir2_bip_install_unix_en.pdf] and compare the folder structure with your system. You will then find the WEB-INF/lib folder.
