The context managment Library could not be initialized

Dear Guru's

While logon into my system Logon pad it throwing error "The context Management Library could not be initialized" .

can you help me in this error.

Dear All,

For this Error "The context Managment Library could not be intialized"

1. Need to Re - Install patch 48 & 49

or

2. In your system > goto > Control Panel > Double click on SAP Configuration icon > Select - User Accessibility mode.

Without the context managment library you can successfully logon.

this  is the Error i got "The context Managment Library could not be intialized"....in control panel ter is no SAP config icon...wat i have to do
