customizing surveys

Hi,

I'd like activate surveys, so when You create a support message and it's solved you can confirm support message and a survey appears and you can fill it according to.

I'm working on Sol. Man 7.0 SP17 and I've only find information about survey at spro transaction->SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide->SAP Solution Manager->Configuration->Scenario-Specific Settings->Issue Management->Survey for Service Delivery and Issue Tracking and the information about this topic:

Activities

1. CRM Survey Suite configuration

2. Activate the CRM Application Tool (CAT) Server.

3. Activate the component VM Container, by setting the following profile parameters:

vmcj/enable = on

vmcj/option/ps = 512M

vmcj/option/maxJavaHeap = 200M

4. Restart the WebAS instance.

5. Questionnaire configuration

Could you give me more information/files/howto to execute these steps or survey configuration?

Hi,

1. Execute TCODE CRM_SURVEY_SUITE, create/edit surveys.

2. Activate, generate Surveys, and generate urls.

3. Setup up CAT server, refer note 0383587

4. Go to RZ10 and maintain these parameters

vmcj/enable = on

vmcj/option/ps = 512M

vmcj/option/maxJavaHeap = 200M

5. Restart WebAS

6. You can import piece list ISTR000005 from 000 to your working client.

This will solve your problem.

Feel free to revert back.

First of all, thanks for your faster reply.

About the steps that you have typed:

1. Execute TCODE CRM_SURVEY_SUITE, create/edit surveys.

2. Activate, generate Surveys, and generate urls.

I've the first problem here, I try to explain it. I'm logged at this transaction and I've selected at the left frame Appl.->Activities->CHM_REQUEST_FOR_QUALIFICATION, and while this is activated I activate and generate it successfully BUT when I'm try generate urls I press button Generate URL and pop-up appears:

Get Option: (I can choose bsp, http, https) I select http

Get File: The list is empty and I can't type anything

Send Option:(I can choose bsp, mailto, http, https, httpmailto, httpsmailto) I select http

Send File:The list is empty and I can't type anything

Survey URL:this field is deselect

A error message appears typing Select a Get File Entries Incomplete BUT I can´t type nor Get File nor Send File

Could you help me with this step¡¡¡¡¡

I'm reading SAP Note 687094 and it types:

1. When I should use the internal CATServer?

The internal CATServer is available since CRM 4.0 SP03. Except for the reasons mentioned below, it is optional to use the internal CATServer.

Like, I'm not going to use PDF so I'ld use internal CATServer. Could you advice about internal or extenal CATServer?

If I choose internal CATServer, do I must make any setting up?

Please could you help me?

The problem is solved. I've used SAP NOtes 857535 and 900378 to setting up internal CATServer JTS.

After I've setting up BSP at crm_survey_suite transaction->survey repository button->Survey Repository->Parameter XMLs->bsp->CRM_SVY_BSP_SYSTEMPARAM.XML here I've configured XML parameters to be able generate URL

Now I'm able to use survey crm_survey_suite transaction->Appl.->Activities->Select a survey and press button "Generate URL". Now I'm able to fill all fields: Get Option, Get File, Send Option, Send File
