Currency key for payroll international

Hi Guru,

i have few question about the currency.

Problem:

Not able to default the Annual salary currency key at IT0008

1. How to default the 'Annual Salary' currency key at IT0008?

Problem:

My employee basic salary currency is AED but i run the internal payroll driver it calculate using the EUR. My country grouping is 99.

2. How to default the currency key when we run the international payroll driver (RPCALCX0)?

Goto V_T510F_B to assign the pay scale to default currency.

Yes i have assigned my currency AED to my PS Area & PS Type (V_T510F_B).

However the payroll driver still calculate using EUR currency.

Please help.

That is determined by the country grouping info of the schema.

In PE01 -> attributes, you need to change the country grouping of your schema to United Arab Emirates.

There is not country group 'AE' was defined in the system.

The country grouping is numberic.

Please help.

Hi friend

If you are working on UAE, the country grouping have to use is 99.

Check with your FI guy that he had assigned the currency AED to your company code. You can view this in table V_T001.

When you define the personel area, do give country as AE in table T500P

You can default your currency as per pays Scale type and Pay scale area in table V_T510F_B selecting country grouping 99.

Hi All,

To resolve this issue you have to write small payroll function to selet the cuurency from T500C

based on scale type and Pay Scale Area,

and call it from your payroll schema.

i have maintain AED for table V_T510F_B but when i check my payroll log the WPBP show the currency is EUR.

Any config which i miss out?

Can you send your payroll log file in notepad file, i will trace where u r getting error for currency

Hi friend

Check table V_T511P and click on maintain, give the country grouping in our case it is 99, and click on Continue and given AED instead of EUR and save.

You have to create a Personnel Area with the code is highest amount the other personnel area.

e.g.

Personnel Area 0001 will sit on top of all the personnel area. Then you assign the country grouping 99 and the company code (currency).

Then you perform payroll run. The payroll with select the 1st country grouping with 99 and check the company code currency.

Hope this is same to your problem.

I got that my problem is only in production, i simulate payroll in DEV, amount is going well

I mean no currency conversion

I trace all config. in PROD but no missing conf. in prod from HR point of view

if it is from FI how can I trace

Have you tried Revise Payscale groups and levels. That would deal much with defaulting the currency.
