MCTA & MCTC - no data available

Dear all

when i go for transaction code MCTa and MCTC, system displying message that there is no data available, however i have made transaction for that particular customer as well as for material.

is there any configuration setting required in spro, if yes pls provide me the step by step configuration

hello.

at the very least, you must maintain data in OVRO and OVRP. also, you must enter values in the 'statistics' field in both customer master and material master.
