Error during disconnect from ftp server - huge list of errors

Hi,

we have several IDoc2File Scenarios where the files are written to an FTP-Server.

Now we checked NetWeaver Administrator Page and checked Monitoring where we find in Warnings a huge list of errors - every second a view.

So what is wrong here:

Error during disconnect from ftp server IP.IP.IP.IP, ignored: java.net.SocketException: Broken pipe

Category

/Applications/ExchangeInfrastructure/AdapterFramework/Services/ADAPTER/ADMIN/File

So can somebody help?!

1. Did you tried to get those files manualy by FTP from the XI server?

Hi, no the files are posted to the FTP. There they are picked up be several routines.

But i gues when generating the files and writing on the FTP is sth. wrong.

I have no clue so far

I meant, try to get on of this files by regular ftp commands from the ftp server (using cmd on windows for example).

Hi guys, finally i would like to give you an answer which was provide by SAP.

The Note 971481 - HP java.net.SocketException Broken Pipe is giving the "solution"
