Add on installation/upgrade not yet complete. CRTs are required

after I installed an add-on "CPRXRPM", The system give me an error message"Add on installation/upgrade not yet complete. CRTs are required" when I install any other support packages.

But I checked the CRT , it has been install together with "CPRXRPM", Is there any solution for this situation. thanks

my sap system is ecc6. CPRXRPM is 400-0014

did you have a look at note 1037374 (CRTs für CPRXRPM 400)?

or: which support packages do you have implemented? -> all of them which crts? other addons? crts?

thank you, , your advice help me to solve this question. I do following notes 1037374 and then I can continue to apply other support packages.
