Document Authorizations Flow

I need to enable portal users to publish documents in a folder only if the document has been approved by one person from group A and then by all the persons in group B. Is there any way to customize this in the portal? Should I use the ABAP workflow? Which is the best way to implement this scenario?

Hi Javier,

you can use Knowledge Management of the Portal to configure an Approval Process. Please check the Help Documentation http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/db/a4bf4db1d011d5993800508b6b8b11/frameset.htm

You can configure several approval steps. If you want to assure that a specific person should approve a document please assign only one person to an approval step. If a group of persons is assigned to an approval step only one person need to approve the document. See documentation for details.
