Regarding Documentflow

Hi Gururs,

I have one query regarding Documentflow.Please clarify my query.

Issue:When we see the Document Flow for item We are having document,Quantity,Unit,Ref.Value, Currency,on,status.

In this List I dont need the Ref.Value Field .How to Hide this.

Please let me know.

This was resolved by own.

We changed the Standard program with the help of Accesskey.

What we done was,we remove the field from fieldcatalog.

Dear Venkat,

On to Page: Document Flow, from Menu-bar:

Document Flow --> View --> Header

This will show Document Flow at Header level (hiding Field: Ref.Value).

Imp.: But, this will hide other Fields: Quantity, Unit and Currency; along with Field: Ref. value.

I haven't found any place, where we can hide only Ref. Value, from Items-Document Flow.

Hi,

You cannot find the reference value column at header level.

once you click on the the dicuments which are there in document flow then u will find out the reference value column.

Dear Venkat,

you can hide the reference value column in two ways,

1) right click on the column and click on 'hide'

2) click on change lay layout icon and transfer 'reference value' column from left to right.
