How to reverse Travel Posting document?

Can any body tell me how to reverse Travel Posting Document.

Goto PR05 Transation. Select the Trip No you want to reverse then click on Cancel Button.

After that run PRFI and PRRW for that Trip No.

Hi Kamal,

After reversal of Posting, what is the procedure to post the correct amount to the trip.

Can i update the same Trip request with correct amount and then post that to FI

or Do i need to raise new trip request

Hi,

Once you cancel and reverse the posting, you have to create a new Trip request. Then approve it (PR05) and go for posting (PREC, PRFI,PRRW).
