Operating system call connect failed (error no. 10060)

In a pure ABAP ECC6 system. In SM21, there are many error of 10060. And user reports the often get disconnected when access system via WAN. Searched SAP note, in DEV_DISP also found similar error. The note suggest use Network Monitor the investigate where the problem originate, but no further detail. any one could help? Thanks

Please check SAP Note Note 34116 - Syslog: "Operating System call xxxx failed"

For log WSAETIMEDOUT 10060 Connection timed out:-A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or the established connection failed because the connected host has failed to respond.

If your OS is AIX then SAP note 64000 may help you.

We are having 6 Application Servers for all servers we getting the Same Error
