Hi Srilatha,
You can create a set using the TCode GS01
Hope this helps you....

Hi Srilatha,
Just now i checked. There is no need to create a set for this.
Your Cost element group itself is a set. For example, you created a cost element group as ABC in tcode KAH1. Now goto the Tcode GS03 and give the set id as ABC and press Enter.
It will show the values exactly as in the cost element group you created.
So, Cost element group is nothing but a kind of a set.
In the report you want to execute, in the place where it asks for a set id, you give your cost element group name and execute the report. it works.

Hello,
Following this topic, is there any way to change manually multiple cost elements in a cost element structure (KAH2)?
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards.
Daniel

Hi Srilatha,
That same cost center group can be used as a SET ID in controlling transactions.
F4 drop dwon is causing some confusions.

Hi,
The cost element groups can be created with KAH1.

Hi
You can create cost center groups for your analysis purpose from transaction code KSH1. These groups will be in addition to the groups that you create in your standard hierarchy (OKEON). The additional groups created in KSH1 will not disturb the standard hierarchy and can be used for analysis purpose.
