Unprocessed future change recs for order 7000082 prevent del.

flag/completion:

While doing the business completion following error occured.

Following is the help displayed:

Diagnosis

There are still future change records or error records from the

confirmation for confirmation processes for the order 7000082. Future

change records are possible for the following confirmation processes:

o automatic goods receipt

o backflushing

o calculation of actual costs

o data transfer to HR

System Response:

You are not meant to set the deletion flag/'completed' status for orders

with future change records that have not been processed.

Procedure

Process the open future change records using

o Predefined Confirmation Processes or

o Using program CORUPROC, dispatching it in Customizing in a

background job (Dispatch Background Jobs: Dispatching Processes).

Check whether incorrect goods movements or incorrect actual cost

calculations exist for the order, and edit these where necessary:

o Reprocess Incorrect Goods Movements

o Reprocess Incorrect Actual Cost Calculations.

I have done all thenecessary step but this error still appears when you do the Business completion.

How do you access the Program CORUPROC. As I am also getting this same error. Would someone be able to tell me how to fix this. It would be much appreciated.

Mainly check these two transactions, COGI and COFC. High chances you will see some errors in these two transactions. Fix them and you will not see this error anymore.

I have just taken a stock material Which i have done the GI for the Order.

I have not added any services nither any non stock material.

From the error itself you can process incorrect goods movement and incorrect cost calculation and check.

whether you have settled the order .are you sure any incorrect confirmation or incorrect goods movement has not been performed

check while doing GR for material or service if delivery complete flag is set or not.As it will show partial delivery.Also is any financial posting pending or partially done.Check all these and try

As the system error is said you have to check all the parameters before business completion .check whether all the PO created has been delivered.
