Error destination DLL disabled. CrystalEnterprise.Ftp: Infoview

Dear all,

when I schedule a report with either the destination default file location or default FTP location in BO Infoview, then the run fails with the error message:

destination DLL disabled. CrystalEnterprise.:

When I schedule the report result to be sent to default Inbox it works. I can also send the file manually from Inbox to default file location or default FTP location. How can I get the file automatically to one of these locations?

We are using BO XI SR2 (version 11.5)

HI Melaine,

This error message appears because the destination has not been enabled on the appropriate Job Server.

To enable the scheduling destination, complete these steps:

Log on to the Central Management Console.

Click 'Servers'.

Click the appropriate Job Server depending on the type of report being scheduled.

Click the 'Destinations' tab.

Select the check box next to a disabled destination(s) and then click 'Enable'.

Repeat the steps 3 to 5 for any other Job Server(s) being used.

If you are scheduling webi report, you have to do this on webi jo server and the destination job server.

Also configure appropriate options for the FTP Destination.

Hi Ashok,

thanks a lot for your help. It works now. I didn't have the services on the reportjobserver enabled, only on the destinationjobserver.
