BW-BPS Maintenance Support

[original link is broken] [original link is broken] [original link is broken] But does anyone know if the BI-IP maintenance support schedule 2013 - 2016 ext. also applies to BW-BPS? I have searched PAM and SAP notes, but I have not found anything specific around BPS.

Hi Steve

first, support never ends http://service.sap.com/maintenance. There's always customer specific support you can get even when extended maintenance runs out.

BW-BPS as well as BI-IP are included in SAP NetWeaver 7.0 and in Enhancement Packages on 7.0 which have end of extended maintenance 2017-12-31 listed in the PAM. If you use either of the planning solutions you will be on the save side for years to come.

I think BPS would be tied to Netweaver 2004. Netweaver 2004 according to service.sap.com/pam is on mainstream maintenance till 2010 and extended maintenance till 2013 which I think should also apply to BPS...
