OSS Master User Id Password reset

Hi,

We used to use an OSS Master user Id. We have forgot the password for the user id. How to know or reset the password for our Master user id? And if the user id cannot be reset then, What options has to be selected when we raise the query to SAP for resetting the password for the OSS Master user id?

Hello Andrew,

Thanks for sending that link to reset the password for the OSS Master user ID. I used that given link, the mail is going to that person's mail Id and that person has left the organization. Is there any alternative to reset the password. Do i need to raise a query to SAP, and what options has to be selected.

weird which person? how come a SAP helpdesk person leave the job?

Did you fill this [Form|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/new_user_pass/userid_password_reset.htm] and submit?
