when in the delivery window, if i try to click on the hour glass to populate that UDF i get the error

Dear,

Kindly refer to the note 1121906 below:

************************************************

Symptom

FMS is not executed over a document based on the Copy To option

The issue occurs when basing the FMS result on the document

type (DocType - either Service or Item):

For example -

IF $[$3.0.0] = 'S'

SELECT $[$39.1.0]

ELSE

SELECT 'Invoice - '+ $[$4.0.0]

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a Sales order.

2. use the Copy To function to create an Invoice

3. Run the FMS over some field in the invoice.

The result will be an error message: 'Internal error 3006'

Other terms

copy to, copy, FMS, doctype, service, Item, Internal error 3006

Reason and Prerequisites

Application error

Solution

The issue Will be resolved in a future version (2007A).

*************************************************************

Wish it is usful for you.

Most probably the query in your formatted search is not right. But if you always copy the SO to the delivery, the value of this field will be copied too so you don't even need a formatted search there.
