Error exception return from pipeline processing!

I got the alert mail like

Error Category : XICACHE

Error Code : XICACHE.UPDATE

and when i check in the SXMB_MONI, it is like

Hi,

Check if your Java Stack is Up or not.

Try to launch the ID from the XI Home page.

If your are not able to launch the ID, then that might be the issue.

Restarting Java stack might help(If this is the issue).

hi,

go to SM59 and check destination - INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI

(if it's working)

you can also check SXI_CACHE to see it you can maually refresh cache
