Hi Experts,
I'm facing issues when try to post the maintenance order due to commitment check error. I'm getting this error when i create purch req. thru maintenance order i.e when I go for external contractors for the work nor consuming the non stock material to maintenance order, during my save it is saying commitment check error , see costing log and my save is rejected. I have talked to finance and they remove the availability control check and also other settings to proceed with procurment but still I'm getting the error.
We also tried by putting more money to the cost center / GL account so that I can create an purch req. thru maintenace order but still the error exists.
We couldn't figure out why it is stopping us. Could anyone please throw some light on this will be greatful and really appreciated.
I know this is more on budgeting but even they are not sure on this. I can send all our screen shots what we did in case anyone wants to look at it

Hi All,

When I am trying to KPZ2 the below error msg is coming
( For INR and scaling factor 0 only 0 decimal places are possible Message no. GP141)
And also when I enter the T-Code FMAVCR01 it was asking the FM area and I entered the same, but it was not taken and took the other FM area 0001 and went into grey mode.
Could u please help.

Thanks for your tips but first of all the system is not allowing to create maintenance orders it says save rejected.
FYI....We are settling the cost to cost centers not to the internal orders.
I did one more thing, I have created PR in MM which is fine, the problem is only when we create thru maintenance orders.
I firmly believe somethign to do with budgeing/ funds management setting but here none of them aware of that so I'm digging to find out what settings stopping us in PR.
