AVL Export error to excel Message no. 0K000

Hello

I'm eperiencing a problem when I try to export from SAP to EXCEL using the ikon of calculator. This should activate a tool "AVL" that exports directly into EXCEL.

"The export does not work and I have the following error message:

View cannot be switched: Product is not installed or integration is not active.

Message no. 0K000"

Notes:

1. SAP version ECC 6.0

2. The old SAP version that I was using 4.5b worked fine for the export.

3. I still have access to the 4.5b through the sam GUI that I use for the 6.0 nand it still works for the export

4. I have checked the excel security settings and they are set for "add-ins" and macro

I'm not sure yet if it is a microsoft office problem or there is something missing in the settings of the export tool.

If this is working for version 4.5b and not with ECC, then it might be the problem with the SAP gui too, what is your current sapgui version and patch level and check this link and Notes mentioned there
